😢I’ll never forget the first time I heard this song. Sitting next to my husband looking at him feeling that this song didn’t mean the same to him as it did too me. My feelings about marriage was no one took the oath under GOD seriously. He was the only man I ever wanted to be a wife to. I tried to hang on for love and my belief in the vows I took. Hey I hear you. I feel this song like you do. I need to tell you something as someone who broke his vows several times and will never forgive himself. It's possible and even likely he loved you the whole time. We do things for psychological reasons that have nothing to do with you. This all depends on whether he made a serious effort to change. If he committed to getting help, being mindful, rearranging his whole life and way Of thinking, then the issue was not you. I always loved my wife when I did what I did. I get the contradiction. So, you are not a joke. You're a serious individual that's not gonna take any bs. Even if your man made no change it still doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you, if he doesn't regret what he did to you he's a psychopath or sociopath. I fell for one too. But it sounds like you're on the right track. So you have my respect for your taste in music ànd my apologies for disrespecting the vows. When one disobeys them. It cheapens the institution for all.
