Big up too you Bailey, I lost my sister few years ago she would be 20 now and every time I think about how I dealt with it was only a 'im ok mask' almost only to help those around me as I didn't want other friends or family members grieving to feel like 'oh hes not doing well' and there for stunt there progression through the grieving process. But I now know as men we have to fix ourselves and that doesn't mean solo but find ways to release the emotion and talk when we can in the right settings because sharing to people who don't have the capacity to understand genuinely does nothing to help, keep pushing man, if I've learnt anything is that grief is like a wound that doesn't heal you just learn to embrace the pain x
