This is by far the most informative FS19 video I've seen. The game does a horrible job at explaining anything. However, I do have one question.... If someone could please answer this I would greatly appreciate it: ---- WHY would you spend all that time making bales when you can just collect the grass/straw/hay directly off the ground with a collector wagon???? Seriously I don't get it? Are bales worth more than loose grass/straw/hay?? What is the benefit to making grass/straw/hay into bales??

well for one silage when your fist starting out it is much cheaper to rap them then to buy the bio factory at start. Also i have had a cow farm at one time in my play threw and the super food that you need to feed them is way easier to drop full bails in then to shovel them into the mixer. Also there is also the looks for things i guess... it looks a lot better to have neat stacks for your hay/grass then to have big piles of them on the ground.

So when you said start to finish I thought you would show an empty bailer and how to load the string/wrapper etc. Don't get me wrong great video this is just something that would have been very helpful.

If your trying to make silage then you don't Tedder the grass.

If you Tedder the grass it turns into hay and hay cannot turn into silage....hope this helps

Well if you are just trying to sell them then you can take them to the barn. But you can also do animals with those bales for example you would need all 4 bales for cows and I think the pigs and horses use just the straw.

If you want you can get the government subsidy sign and throw a couple down. They give you $100,000/hour per sign. And then when you have enough you can delete them. It’s a mod but it’s very useful for starting a new game up.

Nowhere in the game can you "bail" anything. However you can "BALE" hay, grass and straw, this is known as baling! . . . . . . . You bail someone out of custody or bail water from a sinking boat etc. When it comes to farming you Bale with a baler. not bail with a bailer. Duh.
