Made it. Came out delicious. Thanks for sharing dear. I roasted the baigan in an oven at 450 F.for 20 minutes each side . I applied about one teaspoon oil all over the baigan , placed in baking tray lined with foil paper. Instead of roasting on gas.

Amateur cook here. This was the first time I cooked this brinjal. I know nothing about its cleaning or anything. Thanks for the tip of poking with fork to check whether it's cooked or not. You have no idea how much all such tiny details matter to us. It came out amazing. I was worried about the excessive chilli, but dad said it's in correct amount as brinjal tends to taste sweet (I didn't know that!) Quick dinner ready. 😘❤️

A very genuine way of presenting, not missing minute yet important details. Two small clrfns ? 1. Before roasting, many people rub the aubergine with oil. Comments pls on this practice ?? 2. Isn't it better to add salt immediately after adding tomatoes ?? Apart from 2 benefits of slitting the aubergine, the 3rd benefit is that it will not suddenly burst ( यह पकाते समय फटेगा नहीं ). Hello, I made this today and it was delicious. I roasted the eggplant on the oven instead of over a flame and that worked pretty well. I used a little bit more spice as well and put it over rice, but I wouldn't have known what spices to use without this video. Thank you for this video!

I thought my recipe for this was the best since I got lots of appreciations before I saw yours. But your recipe was amazing... Thank you so much for this, I just made it and I loved it. I ate bharta after 10 yrs. I think. I live in japan and I do not get authentic food, we have resturants but ghar ke khane mai baat hee kuch aur hai. And we do not get bharta in resturants as well so there is no way I could eat it here. My wife is Japanese she use to make Indian food 2 to 3 times a week but after we got kids she doesn't get enough time to make Indian food. I miss our food so much, so thank you again God bless you.

Mem muje aaj baigan bharta banana h kafi recipe dekhi but muje apki ye recipe hi Achi lagi..ISI Tarah SE bnaungi baigan bharta or apko bante hi taste krke btaungi kesa bna.....mem Mene bharta bnaya bahut hi tasty bna husband b bahut Pasand aaya....thank u so much...luv u

बैंगन को roast करने के पहले little bit oil लगाके roast करेंगे tho उपर का छिलका easily निकल जाएगा. This is my suggestion only. Try.

Wow! Great recipe that super easy to follow! I didn’t have the cumin seeds or hagi so I’m missing some flavor but it tastes pretty good! Caution on the red chili powder🔥🔥🔥 I will use less next time. Yum 😋
