Assaduddin's statement about 2019 is about 'gay' and 'dadhi' and not being ni 'janeu dhari system, its his point of view, later Manish says about 'Bharat ki diversity ki todne ki sajish' ( he did'nt even say about Sikh...nothing unnatural as he is part of Congress which committed mass murders on them nut he wants a united India???)... Some sc/st caste people took advantage of this act. Some of my neighbours harrased me mentally, physically and use to abused me everyday bcoz i'm single lady and living with my blind son. They attempted to rape find me at my alone and whn i feared and my dareness breaks. I went to complaint in my area ps the si is belings to same caste sc/st he abused me in ps and denied to take my complaint, and scolded me agar woh log appki eejath bi lutehai tho app chupchap rahe aur apki ejath sc/st walo badkar nahi. I was shocked and helpless thn one of my friend childhood friend who belongs to sc/st adviced me to file complaint in women commission against them, so i filed complaint and this s.i again manupalated my case. And with the help of s.i these people file complaint in acp office againt me under sc/st act. And suddenly oneday this s.i name rangasubhaiah came to my home to arrest me inder sc/st act. I was alone on that day with my visiually impaired son they arrested me mrg 10am and not produced me in court on same day and kept me in area ps for whole nigh here again this s.i maniplated with me being a lady, arrested me on wednesday and kept me in area ps. For more thn 24hrs nextday is thursday in hurryburry this police officer took me to court at 3pm and the nextday is goodfriday again manuplated this s.i with these people who attempt to raped me fully supported to them. And finally without doing any crime on sc/st people i sent to jail. Request to remv sc/st act bcoz this people or taking advantage of this act. And harrassing and torchering mentally and physically innocent people like me. In india we don't know how many are suffered like me y such act for some particular caste. Jaise mere sath hua woh kisi k sath naa ho esiliyh sc/st act ko barkasth kare.
