Baitun Ni'mah ! A modern Contemporary residence at Kumily, Thekkady

Baitun Ni'mah is a project we did for Mr. Haroon Rasheed in his 10.5 cents plot at Kumily/Thekkady, Kerala. This is a modern contemporary house featuring minimal interior décor. This house features 5 bedrooms all attached with walk-in wardrobe overlooking the mountains. This house also features a full sized badminton court and a gym. Designed with the aspect of having lots of cross ventilation and abundant natural lighting in each and every corner of the house.
