No . Always use microwsvesafe bowls& glasses. Only the content gets hot not the vessel.

This is a SOLO model. For cakes and biscuits, CONVECTION model works better..

Temperature is not mentioned over here bt u can keep on high power and the time depends upon ur microwave watt. In my solo microwave it takes just 2 mins to bake a cake
