Superb video man. Not 100% accurate. But good efforts. When random youtubers without any knowledge are creating illogical videos. This video is just a slap on their faces. Bajaj always had the capability of buying majority stakes in KTM from the very beginning but Rajiv Bajaj simply didn't want to dilute the brand and has been adamant about keeping the 0.9% less stake so it doesn't become Bajaj KTM on papers. i.e Not Bajaj Pierer AG as opposed to Pierer Bajaj AG as it stands now. The way I see it, Bajaj will lend a good amount of money with a nominal interest to get KTM out of the crisis through its financial wing Bajaj Holdings and Investments either directly or indirectly.

Ktm actually wanted to manufacure under 400cc bikes as they dont have any experience doing so. Hence bajaj came and helped them. The 390 , 250 and 200cc engines are completely designed and devoloped in india by bajaj with ktm only doing engine mapping. Without bajaj ktm would have bakrupt in 2007 itself. And pulsar, its a vfm sports bike and ktm is a premium bike. So please do research and yapp

@jjk_x_yt lol what you talking about. Let's assume I know what you said is 70% sucks but their own Bajaj bikes are not selling great the actual sport bikes I am talking. They ruined the models they haven't even updated and all. The design sucked. I know Bajaj makes engines and assamble small cc here in India for them but if they fully got rights then I don't think they will keep the same standards as ktm. Many brands comes and goes. The innovative or atleast update or keep god damn what people love then brand survives.
