Not at all. Anduin are the players and Thrall is Metzen. Anduin looks older, beat up by life, as the players grew up, the game went kinda meh and Thrall, aka daddy Metzen is here for hope, to fix everyrthing, closing the chapter and move on.

Cata was truly the best expansion. A fine tuned version of WotLK. Raiding was great in this expansion. PVP had a real element to skill and our core abilities made a difference in PvP scenarios.

There’s a MASSIVE difference in how each team realizes a vision though. Bungie can’t really do Design Thinking to save its fucking life. If Chris is leading the charge and this is the vision for the game’s direction, they will do it. The problem with WoW for the last decade has been that each subsequent expansion picked up from a game like 2 expansions previously. I would have loved Bungie to just stick with the Book of Sorrows track and have a cohesive story, but alas, they blame everyone except themselves for underdelivering the experience they promise. I’m hyped for WoW now…and haven’t been for a LONG time since Legion.

Well now you do, I liked it significantly more than mop. The dgs were hard, which I liked, bastion of twilight + firelands were amazing, and the only bad part of the expac imo was dragon soul. Most ppl i know who qq about cata were just bad/couldnt clear normal dgs/ragequit

​@chrisryan1501 lmao, heroics have never been hard. A 25 is hard. Heroics only had a couple one shot mechanics if even more than one. In a 25 almost everything is a shot. Old content is stupidly easy and is only harder in the fact the player base was far far worse at instanced content 10-15 years ago.

I wish everyone would wake up and ask for what they actually want, we don't want to play trash old bad quality games. Why can't they just make retail like it used to be so we have to be careful what we pull and use cc on mobs and no super fast tracking, that way we don't have to divide the community over 3-5 different games and we can all have fun
