No sir I never leave my land I always lived here. But hard Labour and determination leads to success. I once met a old veteran in a bar he was alone and I was alone so we started a conversation and I learnt so many great things from Mr Duncan and one thing I practice that he taught me. He rightly told me that people work all their lives and try to save their money to buy a house and a car while denying themselves of a comfortable life and in the end after achieving their goals they have little energy left to enjoy life. Now the alternative he said buy your house and car on credit go to restaurant go on vacations enjoy your life once your earnings can cover all your expenses so even if you die you at least had a happy life and he said those who wants your assets after you die they will have to continue paying the bank. Often you can see family killing each other for property
