This is a great alternative to meat. When you really think about meat and what makes it so appealing, IT'S THE SAUCE!! It's not really the meat we're craving. Meat with out sauce smells funny. But it's the sauce and seasonings on the meat that smells so good thus making it appealing for us. So how do we make it healthier? Take the sauces and seasonings and put it on something else like, CAULIFLOWER!!! #yummy

hey mate thanks for the alternative, i havent had animal produce since new years due to high cholestorol and cauliflower bites have been my go to friday snack. I would suggest checking out american test kitchens recipe which uses coconut oil and milk as dairy substitute and starch/corn flower for dip frying. I swear this is some of the tastiet shit on the planet. take care

I'm the same way, I can't eat Cauliflower by itself like I can Broccoli. I typically add cheese sauce to my Cauliflower. But tossing it in this buffalo sauce made a difference.
