A lot of store bought pizza crusts have so many unhealthy ingredients with high salt & sugar & cheap oils. I’m glad to see this healthy zucchini crust. I’ll make this pizza with ground turkey & vegetables. It looks so yummy!

I made this last night using shredded zucchini I had Frozen from last year. It seems after the keep the the frozen zucchini after squeezing out the excess water it held the together and was able to eat it like a normal pizza. Great recipe and has became a favorite

I TRIED to grow butternut squash but it turned out to be a zucchini plant. This actually is super useful because I don’t really like zucchini that much and I’m very disappointed to not have an overabundance of butternut squash which I love.
