Ingredients:
butter 1/2 cup (115grams)
sugar 1 cup (200 grams)
vanilla 1/2 tsp
eggwhites 3 large (65 grams each with shell)
Buttermilk:
fullcream milk 1/2 cup (120ml)
white vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Dry ingredients:
all purpose flour 1/2 cup (65 grams)
cake flour 1 cup ( 125 grams)
baking powder 2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp (2 grams)
White ganache:
White chocolate chopped 2 cups (500 grams)
heavy cream 2 cups (500ml)
Toppings/filling:
cherry in can or fresh
How to make cake release:
1/4 cup butter softened or shortening
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Baking time: 35-40 minutes 170°c ( depending on your oven)
