I dont think Liam will leave this season or at all. Todd has already signaled he's close to retire. Liam best landing spot is where he currently works. He's vested in this teams success. He's very young and less selfish than ppl think.

Before the season i said baker was gonna have 4300 passing yards. 45 tds 15 int. I wasn't off by much! I knew baker was the best since his first year at OU followed him to cleveland I never cared for the NFL until baker went. Cleveland thank you for fumbling him so he could find a real organization he could resonate his soul with. He wants to win and his drive to succeed will get himself a superbowl 1 day. Go baker!

It's so frustrating. Does every person have this weird need to be a head coach? It RARELY ends well. You WILL most likely be fired in a few years. I do not get the obsession with it. Now once again, Baker has made the career of a coach who will ride off into the sunset and Baker will ONCE AGAIN have to learn a new system. It's utterly ridiculous.

Head coaches get paid a lot more than coordinators. Heck a fired HC makes more than a coordinator. It all depends on what the person prefers.

Like a lot of backup QBs dream of being a starter, the percentage of them actually succeeding is very low but that doesn’t mean they don’t want the chance. It’s just kind of cowardly thinking to be like “no I don’t want to be a Head Coach, I’ll probably fail” if it’s something that you’ve always dreamed of.
