Tyrod Taylor throwing to Landry, Gordon & Duke and handing the ball off to Barkley while the defense dominated up front with Garrett Myles and Chubb. I totally understand drafting a QB, but they are all a gamble. Barkley and Chubb are a sure can't miss.

Yes. I think having 2 bookend defense ends like Chubb and Garrett and having a RB like Barkley on offense to go with the weapons already there makes more sense than what they ended up doing. I just don't see any of these QBs as a sure thing and would not spend the first round capital making that gamble when there are so many holes to fill. There were QBs like Luke Falk, who went later in the draft who may actually end up being better than anyone drafted in the 1st round.
