Baker Peak & Griffith Lake - Big Branch Wilderness - VT

A late Fall overnighter in the Big Branch Wilderness in Vermont, hiking up to Baker Peak to check out the view and then down to Griffith Lake for an overnight camp. Also checking out the Peru Peak shelter on the Appalachian Trail. A great little loop to hike with plenty of streams and little waterfalls, and lots of colors.

Another great trip. The signs on the trail I wonder if they might be for the snowmobiles in the winter.
