You're mistaken. The Y600 "DOES" Have a spring which is attached to a 3/4" door rod assembly with bushings and roller pins.And, when the spring breaks, as it most certainly will after time, you'll know the true weight of that upper door.Now, the pizza oven that uses a "counterweight" is the BARI pizza oven out of N.Y.C. on the Bowery. They were actually sued by Bakers Pride many years ago for copyright design however, Bakers Pride lost the case. The spring for the upper door you are displaying is quite visible in your video. In closing, what you should be saying is that the door is Spring assisted. man I should go into sales and not service.

Is the little flame in front the pilot?

+kinkisharyocoasters The flames that you can start to see at 2:00 are the burners. The unit does have a pilot light, but I am not sure you can see it in the movie.
