How in the world are people just walking up with their phones filming this and NOBODY tells them to back up. This is crazy. How would you feel if that was you trapped in your car and you saw just random people filming you on one of your worst days? People have no decency anymore.

wtf?!?! There’s a cop right there taking crime scene photos allowing people to walk right up to the vehicle while filming, stepping around debris that is no doubt a hazard. What on earth is happening. This man deserves some privacy and peace in this moment. What is happening in this world.
