I understand that from a Landlords point of view there are or can be many issues by people doing property badly but you are basically telling landlords to avoid start up companies. Not everyone starts with something handed to them on a plate. Sometimes it requires a helping hand or for someone to just have confidence in an idea and to give the person with the idea a chance. Not every new or start up company will do things badly. If they have the right guidance, education and support then surely they deserve a chance? How do you teach your "students" who are starting out in R2R? Surely you are relying on someone giving them a chance? And don't send me a link to upsell your NMD course 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔

And if the tenants won't go, what happens when section 21 kicks-in? How do you get rid of the tenants ?

Great video as usual for both landlords and R2Rers sharing considerations those less experienced or familiar with this strategy should make sure they cover on areas to consider which are often not covered in detail.

What if the operator doesn't tell you he has a new tenant in regarding point made at time 13:46. I would say most rent to rent operators are inexperienced cowboys looking to take other people's properties with no skin in the game. Better to just control your own property and manage the let's yourselves or through a reputable lettings agent. Advertising boards offering guaranteed rent for 5 years are very dodgy.

This video is highly negative. I think when we advise the tonality matters a lot. For me 1 bad deal in 5 is not bad. I feel the video would have impacted more if you have been on both sides of the divide. Essentially you have presented a rent 2 renter as a burden which I totally disagree with. The main problem with this video is over-generalisation.

It is realy not that difficult to get a tenant and manage them, I don't see why a landlord would be so lazy to trust someone to rent their property out.
