I would invest in you Ranjan.I don't say that lightly as i generally don't like business people as in my experience they have a 'poor' attitude especially of the 'arrogant' variety which makes me run a mile but you are very approachable and come across as a humble guy with great knowledge combined with business acumen... a very rare quality sir. Hi Ranjan, love your videos. Just a quick one I spoke with a broker this morning regarding getting a bridging loan to purchase a commercial unit with the way you described at your no money down event with re-financing etc and he said I couldn't do it without putting a deposit down first? E.g: Find the empty shop, fill it with a tenant, have a survey done on the new value with the tenant and purchase using a bridging loan but I'll need to find a deposit first. Please advise on how to get around this it would be highly appreciated.
