another reason, with WW3 knocking at the door you want your properties to travel with you. At the end we need to go where we are treated best. if you got real estate you are stuck

I’ve got no intention of selling up I’m buying there are some bargains out there , all the rule changes are just going to make things harder for tenants, rents are booming and landlords can pick , from at least 35 applying for each house, there’s rules for us landlords but there plenty of rules now for new tenants,

@youtubeman5033 nope. depends what you mean money. if you make more FIAT you are losing. i buy assets. i dont sell assets for FIAT. btc only for me. i ditched my real estate since then i a m up 622% in 5 years. do that with real estate!
