Bakery style biscuits recipe:
Unsalted Butter 100 grams
Shortening 66 grams
Icing sugar 135 grams
Egg 1
Milk powder 10 grams
Flour 230 - 250 grams
Coco powder 5 - -6 grams into half batter.
Hard icing recipe:
100 grams icing sugar
20 grams milk? Water
50 grams white chocolate

Just tried but don't know why always my biscuits flatten in oven. Even the dough is good in texture I used all butter and 🌡️ here is 16°C in UK. Fat percentage in butter is 80%

Please check your oven temperature it should be 140 to 150
