Today I tried caramel popcorn 🍿 at home... Believe me it was a great success... It didn't burnt 🔥, remain crispy and fully coated with caramel also...

Can you tell that how did you do it? I am thinking of doing it from a long time but not getting the courage lol

@@rittikaroy5214 Instead of salted butter, I used ghee... Pan 1 (low flame): put 2 spoon ghee, add 2 spoon water... once it starts heating up, add 1/2 bowl brown sugar... Now let the sugar melt completely, it'll form a creamy texture... Now add Amul cream (1 or 1.5 spoon)... While adding cream, mix/stir continuously... Caramel syrup is ready... Doing all this on low flame is very important, otherwise you may end up burning everything... Bowl: place sufficient amount of popcorn and pour the caramel syrup on it... Mix them well, so that all popcorn gets well coated with caramel... Now place this bowl in freezer for overnight (so that popcorn don't become soggy)... Next morning. Pan 2 (low flame): Once the pan is heated, Now add frozen popcorn to it... We're roasting popcorn that too on low flame... You may use little amount of ghee also... Now caramel popcorns are ready to dig in... My entire family loved it...

I have tried that grape thing and it was kinda interesting(method id cutting grape in half and mixing with lemon juice and salt or chat masala and freeze it for 45mins approx.) and you might wanna try that bread milk pancake in next video
