I had followed this recipe on "Emma's goodies" channel of "condensed milk cookies". She had mentioned that instead of filling it with condensed milk, we can use jam so the final product was indeed similar to jim jam! That's what we called it too. But ofcourse the real jim jam has the center more jelly like than putting normal jam. The cream layer in this recipe is new and a nice addition, will have to try it and discover!
