As a vegan, I use chickpeas dough for my cookies and pizza bread. Try baking them next time. It tastes really yum 😋 Don't eat the dough just like that 😂😂😂

in south, we make maida parantha kinda thing like puran poli but the stuffing we use is sooji ka halwa which was similar to gulab jamun parantha.

Speaking bout the Gulabjamun Paratha, something similar in made in Maharashtra called as खव्याची पोळी in which खवा is java/khoya base of gulabjamun and पोळी is paratha, so basically khoye ka paratha, which is made using a stuffing by combining khoya and Cheeni and is served as a dessert with ghee. It tastes very awesome!
