6:32 , We call it "Dahi choora cheeni" (Poha is referred to as choora in Bihar) it is eaten on the occasion of Makar Sankrati in Bihar. In most of the Bihari households this is one dish that is eaten almost throughout the year, however there are people who don't like it , because why not. As you said you felt it hard to chew the poha ,right, just soak the poha before eating for about a minute and then have it, however asli maza toh kachhe pohe ke saath hi aata hai and pair it up with some spicy gravy wali sabji, most preferably aloo patal or aloo gobhi ki teekhi gravy wali sabji or even aam ka achaar , it tastes fantastic with it. Oh. Wow thanks for replying. I want you to know that just like you i, being a mother of 2 kids, still enjoy parle g with butter 🙂 and also parle g with jam is another favourite of mine. Poha-dahi is something which in my hometown people eat on Nag Panchmi as a ritual. Though I like to eat poha with warm milk (and just like poha-dahi it also looks like a baby food 😅)

Paneer thing you did wrong.... Instead fresh milk when curdled and strained we get chena... Mix it properly with sugar or jaggery ... It tastes yum... If you want to go an extra mile then cook this mixture in a kadhai.. It's like kancha golla... Research it shivesh ... It's quick and healthy and tasty... Childhood memories from my grannies home

Make it this way- Take a big mug, fill it 1/4thly with bournvita (keep the big grains too), add salted caramel sauce, super chilled milk with malai & sugar if you want to for the crunch (I alwaysss do) drink it with a spoon ensuring bournvita granules in each sip. Hi Shivesh ! Love your content. ♡ Just wanted to share. Poha+Dahi+Sugar is a staple for many households. And yes, it's bit of a task to chew poha the way you did in this video. To eliminate the task, the poha should be washed a couple of times and allowed to get soft. It tastes amazing with jaggery and banana. Do try it sometime !

I like dipping 3-4 Marie biscuits in chocolate milk (drinking chocolate+milk) and layering them with about 1/2 a spoon of Nutella or chocolate ganache. Then pop it in the fridge for about 10 mins and slice it like a cake 😋

Slightly moist poha (soaked for few mnts), curd, sugar is a staple breakfast of Bihar. We eat it with jaggery, pickles, aloo sabzi.

Add 4-5 spoons of malai to a pan and heat it at low flame after that add crushed dry fruits (almonds, pista, and cashews any of your choice) add half a spoon of coco powder, half a spoon of milk powder (optional) with one spoon of bournvita mix it well. Post that shut down the flame and let it cool down. Once it comes at room temperature, make a ball or any shape of your choice and freeze it for half an hour and serve. 🙂

Milk with leftover jalebis - Warm some milk (good warm), put it in a bowl, dunk 2-3 jalebis in it. Let them stay dipped for about 1min for them to get softened. Dig in!! Tastes the best with moti jalebis as compared to the patli ones.

Before eating poha and yogurt soak the poha into water for maybe one or two min, it will make the poha soft. And then have it with yogurt. You can add a banana or freshly grated coconut ,which makes it more tasty. In Bangladesh it's a very common dish. We call it doi chira here and mostly have it in the time of summer.

@@awantikagupta3990 Once the milk is curdled filter out the solid part and add crystal sugar directly and mix it, no need to add powdered sugar. Sugar will mix up easily when it's hot. I personally love to have it chilled. Usually I will have 2 to 3 spoons hot and save the rest in fridge for cooling and have it later.

My Desert craving .. When I feel like having chocolate cake. First I mix cocoa powder, custard sugar and milk together and heat them till it becomes thick like chocolate syrup. Then I get horlicks biscuits, soak them in milk and arrange them in row then I put chocolate syrup that I had made previously on them , again soak the biscuits in milk and arrange them on the previous row and again pour chocolate syrup that was made before and continue it till you get your cake. Put them in refrigerator for some time and tadaa now the chocolate cake is ready.

I have this very jugadu chocolate ladoo recipe that I make whenever I have sweet cravings What I do is In a blender crush some biscuits Parle G or digestive biscuits (p.s Parle G wala tastes better) add cocoa powder and coffee power to it followed by some milk to make a dough like nonsticky thing and then just make ladoos and have as it is or can also rest it in the fridge for some mins. This tastes so good!! And takes literally 5mins to make! Also I'm obsessed with the tested by shivesh series!! 💗✨

Grated carrots mixed with condensed milk and mildly heated on stove for about 5 mins makes a quick carrot halwa. Also fried vermicelli (in ghee) with condensed milk poured over to a burfi like consistency. My suggestions to take care of a sudden sweet craving.
