2 bars of chocolate (150g each)= 300g 150 ÷ 2 = 75g 75g= 1/2 of one chocolate bar 150g+75g =225g So you need 1 1/2 bars of chocolate

Chloe Ducker I think its a ratio thing, so you use one cup for the whole recipe (though you should wash it with each new ingredient XD). Does that help? Sorry if this is entirely wrong, I'm british but from what I've gathered that's how it works xx

I generally think they failed at measuring. I mean, 1ml=1g and Jim was like 'What the hell?' :D

Jala Nulewicz Nah, they weren't quite wrong there, 1ml=1g only applies for water or liquids with a similar density as water, so if the cream he was using wasn't super liquid, 1ml probably wasn't 1g.. even though for baking it's never quite necessary to be 100% accurate :)
