For future reference jim, a food processor isn't a kitchenaide. It's more like a blender with blades. Snd when you make something that calls for cold butter, use two butter knives to cut it over and over in the bowl until it resembles a dough. It will stay cool that way. I've been a baker all my life so just some helpful tips.

And a baking sheet is a flat metal tray used to bake like cookies on and other stuff.

In an earlier vlog with Joe you showed this pie, then in Tanya's recent vlog she said something along the lines of this pie being one of the best things you've ever cooked. I Love Making Lemon Meringue Pie!! Just remember Jim, when whisking egg whites in the future, if you need them to be white and fluffy and form soft peaks, this will be very very hard to achieve if you add anything to the eggs before whisking. I spent 2 hours whisking egg whites and sugar, and all it made was a runny mess, so always whisk the egg whites until fluffy and form white peaks, then add any other ingredients needed bit by bit. Also hold the bowl at an angle whilst whisking to get more air in, light and airy is the key!!! Beating it with a spoon after will knock the air out (when a recipe is asking you to "Fold in" ingredients it means mixing very slow to avoid losing air) , so avoid at all costs. I hope this is helpful for future Baking With Jim videos. GREAT VIDEO JIM, AND HAPPY BAKING!!! :)
