Banana bread recipe
2 cups mashed very ripe bananas (approximately 6 bananas)
4 room temperature eggs
2/3 cup of canola oil
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar (or 1.5 cups for reduced sweetness)
1 box of instant vanilla pudding (102g)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1.5 teaspoons of kosher salt or 1 teaspoon sea salt
325°F for about 45 minutes a little more if it's not brown or clean when you poke it.
