Legit almost had a stroke watching you smash that bread with a chef knife. My LOOOOORRRDDDDDD. Looks like a nice recipe tho. I’m always looking for a good sandwich bread recipe.

When the mixture is ready for the first rise could you leave it in the Thermomix and place the plastic wrap on top?
