Baking Foods From The Countries of Our Ancestors!

Welcome back to another bake off! This week my parents and I are baking food from the countries of our ancestors. I chose to make Scottish shortbread from Scotland, my dad is making fries with mayo dip from the Netherlands, and my mom is making Welsh rarebit from Wales. Where do your ancestors come from? You guys are going to be surprised what I am. So I took Ancestry DNA test last year, and based on the results what I got, I thought I was only Hispanic and Asian Indian. Turns out that I have more ethnicities than I thought, thanks to my mom (they are from my mom’s side 😂) So I am a trace percentage of Scottish, British English, and Scandinavian now that you mentioned your ethnicities

Im welsh and the only one that know is the shortbread one lol and my great grandmother was Irish and one of the dishes I know which is Irish is Irish stew.
