Your beautiful video made me cry. First, to watch the incredible love and companionship you share (not to mention the happiness and laughter as you bake these beautiful love buns!) and then hearing you read the Shakespeare sonnet 116, which was my wedding poem. Now one to share: There is a beautiful Margaret Atwood poem, "Variation on the Word Sleep" that I can never read without crying. It completely captures the spirit of giving, kindness, passion, and true understanding in romantic love. Thank you, Miranda; I SO adore all your videos and posts!

Hello Miranda and Donna (hope you are completely healed now, what a horrid accident), everything looked so gorgeous in front of the fire today. Not strictly speaking a love poem but I always like to read The Lady of Shalott around St Valentine's Day. I thought the Love Buns looked amazing. Happy Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year (I know you said you were looking forward to going to Church in your area and I think you might enjoy the Dean of Canterbury Cathedral's morning prayer for today it is a wonderful celebration of Chinese New Year - the Deanery sitting room is beautifully decorated and he takes you into the greenhouse to see some wonderful flowering plums if you've time to watch here on KZbin ), enjoy the weekend, Teresa ❤️🧧📚❤️

I’ve never really been drawn to poetry but thanks to both of you I am beginning to have an interest in it. I think one of my favorite romantic movies is Somewhere in Time. It’s definitely not a comedy, but I think it’s so romantic and Christopher Reeve And Jane Seymour are two of my favorite actors. And there were so beautiful together. Yes, Shakespeare’s sonnets remind me of Sense & Sensibility, too! I sometimes do a Fiona Cairns recipe at this time of year: white chocolate and cardamon rosewater sponge in a heart-shaped silicone mould.
