I have read that you should let the skates cool for 24 hours to ensure they're properly cooled. I imagine that if you keep them in a cold garage in winter, they'd cool faster than that. But I'd be cautious about using them the next morning!

you really should have the skater put the skates flush on the ground with their knee over their toe like they are in a hockey stance. makes the bake process 50% more effective because you're making them fit best in the most stressed skating position which is where pain starts from. if they are tight when the foot flexes the most, then thats when they start to swell and pain begins.

Great video would just say based on the video description I would not bake more then 2x. Anything beyond that is asking for the boot to break down prematurely. Good luck

Hey I tried this with my CCMs but it seemed like my skates weren't really forming to my feet. My skates are extremely stiff so is it possible that I need to go up with the Temperature or to leave them a bit longer in the oven?

I Nahami I your skate exterior is suppose to be stiff. If the inside isn’t forming well, try it a few times with the same temperature and time. You should not increase the temperature or time or you rush melting the glue or possibly plastic parts. As an example, I just bought a pair of skates for myself and it took me four baking and wearing sessions to get the inside molded to the shape of my foot.
