A while after the rainy season ended.
The scorching heat has come to my production room, which is less than two tatami mats in size.
There is no air conditioning.
I have one oven and other small, powerful equipment to support me.
The two of us run the shop, making our usual sweets and trying out prototypes using zucchini that caught our eye at the supermarket (we ended up making takoyaki).

We met in Tokyo and moved to Hiroshima, my wife's hometown, in 2021.
Eight months after moving, we opened a coffee shop called 'ninin', which sells mostly handmade products.
It is a shop that sells hand-roasted coffee and plant-based, gluten-free sweets.

Ehaa ,I also made zucchini brownies this week .It's the first time I'm making a cake with zucchini .I also added walnuts ,and on top when it cools down I syruped with almond liqueur 😊 And maybe rum.I grated the zucchini on a large grater. Your cakes look just perfect ❤,and the drinks too And the atmosphere in the cafe is zen relaxation & fairy tale 🧿
