The Guitar Cutter is ideal for rapidly and accurately cutting ganaches, marzipan, soft caramel, chocolates and more. You can cut squares, rectangles or diamond shapes.
With a single cutter, you will cut in one direction then rotate the product and give the second cut. A double block allows you to cut in both directions without having to turn the product.
A stainless flat tray allows you to position the product easily on the cutter. A toolkit comes with the machine; it contains extra wire and tools.
