A magic journey in the world of the "Caramélier" and "Chocolatier" Henri Le Roux!
Henri Le Roux is one of the best chocolate makers of France and the creator of the famous CBS® (stand for « Caramel au Beurre Salé », salted butter caramel). A caramel which challenges the time since its creation in 1977.
In this video, we propose you a tour in the backstage of our chocolate factory to reveal you the steps of our caramels and chocolates fabrication. You could attend to the preparation of our caramels: fabrication, cooking, pouring and packing.
