All For One, a truly terrifying demon from the day of his birth. Atleast now we can clearly see that his quirk AFO has always been able to amplify any quirk he took. His and Yoichi's mom's quirk wasn't capable of spearing people until after her baby AFO took it. This explains alot about why he seemed to command even greater potency from his stolen quirks than even the original holders who had them, even ignoring the drawbacks for a great many of them. This highlights the weakness/tradeoff of AFO as well, what AFO the human lost for the sake of his power was his empathy. He isnt a narcissist or a psychopath, if he didn't have his quirk, he would actually be capable of feeling guilt and empathy. He did feel something for his brother for the longest time. Yoichi was the only person on earth that made AFO feel the slightest tinge of how it felt to love. He had to tell himself Yoichi was a possession to have any attachment to his little brother at all. He gave him a power to show he cares even if he can't actually feel it. The reason I make the claim that AFO's evil self serving nature and lack of empathy stems from his quirk and not a mental illness is his obsession with One For All, and his little brother. If he were really a psychopath, he'd have left his little brother for dead. Also his quirk, to keep it stable and under control, he has to maintain an unbreakable will that looks down upon everyone as mere pawns or playthings, otherwise the myriad of stockpiled quirks will become unruly and unusable. For the devil to rule over the demons and damned souls in Hell, he must rule with an iron fist, through fear and power thats absolute and unwavering. Thats what it takes to control his quirk. The more powers he steals, the more empty and unwavering he has to become to keep all the wills inside him in check. He's also too powerful with infinite potential to care about his little brother, dead or alive. Why did he become obsessed with One For All? Its because when he decayed his younger brother, some part of him grieves and begs for his brother to come back to him. One For All was the closest to getting his little brother back from the dead, thats why he obsessed over it. AFO is just as much a victim of his quirk as any villain.

I like this "devils advocate" comment you made. It definitely give afo a lot more depth(which some people really want from the guy), and I really like it. He was my number 1 favorite villain in the series when i was younger(he still has that menace to him, but, tbh, he's demoted, at most, top 3. My theory goes like this, All For One the quirk allows its holder to take and subjugate the powers of others but at the cost of the ability to empathize with other people. One For All in contrast can't acclimate naturally to anyone except someone with the diamondclad will that knows only a compassionate heart. My theory goes that the quirk is supposed to be "All For One and One For All" that got split in half. All For One the man instinctively seeks One For All the quirk because it will fill the hole in his heart and allow him to not only take any quirk he wants, but transfer is own will into another person's body anytime he wants, allowing him to live as long as he wants, but that's not AFO the man's actual reason, its instinct. All For One and One For All must become whole again, thats why their holders are drawn to eachother. I also think the opposite can also happen if a One For All holder manages to come into possession of the All For One quirk, but the result would be only a hero with a compassionate heart could hope to wield the combined quirk, gaining the ability to take quirks, but unable to use them unless that quirk's vestige/original holder trusts the wielder enough to willingly release the quirk. Think how One For All works for Deku now in how the past holders must release their quirks to Deku to use them, but imagine it with the ability to take quirks from others. What form the "All For One & One For All" quirk takes really depends on who gets it, but personally I think Deku will give One For All to Tenko Shimura to save him from All For One's possession, then Tenko transfers One For All back to Deku, and by extension the All For One quirk too. Deku would become AFO's prison, as well as be able to command the one quirk that can save the world from Singularity Doomsday. Deku would also be able to transfer this power to a worthy successor who can continue saving people from their own quirks. I predict Deku will end up with the final quirk in the end.

Felt a bit stupid not realizing, but the reason All Might's confident the gauntlet could help Bakugou....it wasn't a last ditch bomb, it's his Dynamight armament. Just like all the rest of his gear was designed off each student's hero name, the gauntlet would have been engineered to minimize the shockwaves from Explosion. That was why it was worth it, it was meant for that purpose.

Bakugo officially surpassed Prime Allmight, because he defeated the one villain Allmight even in his prime couldn't kill. Bakugo not only lived up to the Murder in his hero name, but he MURDERED freaking All For One not with OFA's generations of cultivated power, but just his singular quirk Explosion. Though its too bad All For One came into his powers as a baby, if he had experienced even a fraction of his life with his quirk dormant, he probably would have been capable of compassion and empathy, and probably would have gained a quirk collection through a means that didnt need subjugation with a hollow heart and an iron fist to control. Sadly because he took his first quirk as a baby, the closest he ever came to feeling compassion or empathy was in preserving his brother's life or bothered to give a power to him. He may see Yoichi as a possession of his, but thats the only form of attachment he was ever capable of feeling, his quirk got in the way.

@@oliverlarosa8046 Bakugou on first place, i don't need to elaborate more than that. Bakugou. Second: while i understand AFO was lost in hatred due his link with Shigaraki, AFO literally does NOTHING in this fight, this wasn't even a fight, it was Bakugou defeating afo, AFO didn't fought back, didn't protect himself, he literally Just ignored Bakugou and took All the damages he got, he was supposed to be the smartest villain and he literally became a nomu here, no brain, negative IQ. ofc Horikoshi wouldn't let AFO does something against an injured Bakugou because a simple fart of him already could kill Bakugou at that point, but it's Just ridiculous. I don't want to say AFO needed to win, no, he must die, but not for Bakugou, and for Bakugou, at least with help, bring back Aisawa and Kurogiri to be a support to Bakugou, to Aisawa take out his quirk for seconds and in this moments being the moments Bakugou attacks and Kurogiri helps Bakugou to arrive faster while Mic tries to stop with his voice, but not, AFO literally does nothing while take All the damages and lost to an injured Bakugou with harshy Breathing and broken arm. Pathetic.

@@mateusduarte4333Fair enough, I don't entirely agree, but I can see where you're coming from at least That said, I would like to add that, in a sense, Bakugou didn't really defeat AFO. He just held the line long enough for Rewind to finally run its course, which was the cumulative effort of Mt. Lady, Tokoyami/Dark Shadow, Machia, Hawks, Armored All Might, and dozens of other heroes all wailing on him to wear down the clock. By the time Bakugou rejoined the fight, AFO was running out of time, so he prioritized just putting everything into racing to Shigaraki rather than wasting precious seconds fighting someone that shouldn't have been a threat. A reasonably-logical course of action given his mental state at the time, but one that didn't account for Bakugou's raw speed and firepower being able to hold him back for even a few moments. Food for thought. Again, I'm not looking to debate with you on this, and I appreciate you taking the time to humor my curiosity
