No spoilers As mentioned, he began to sweat uncontrollably all over his body, creating a rebound that he still used positively to create speed at One4all level or even greater. However, the consequences were parts of his body exploding, in the manga it is a slightly confusing scene, it seems that "Shigaraki" impales his heart but at the same time his heart explodes due to the effect/rebound of the quirk. And in the scene where everyone is on top of Shigaraki, none of them are actually attacking Shigaraki at this moment, everyone is trying to save Bakugo, as they knew he was at his limit and at complete risk. 1st commandment of Heroes, Save first.

Nitroglycerin is originally a drug that can dilate blood vessels during heart attacks. 2. Personality awakening leads to excessive secretion of nitroglycerin 3. In addition to being released from sweat glands throughout the body, it also affects the heart. 4. Acute vasodilation > drug-induced hypotension > reflex ventricular pulsation ＞Rapid rise in blood pressure＞Myocardial infarction＞Heart rupture 5. Because in this perspective view, Bakugo is shown from the side with his back inverted and facing to the right. So the heart you see here is looking through the left armpit into the chest. That is, the right side of the picture = front view, and you can see the open wound on the left side of the heart. It means that the wound is located on the left side of the heart 6. The left atrium and ventricle are originally the places where blood pressure is first received when blood returns. So it happens to be the most common damage location when myocardial infarction is complicated by ventricular rupture. You can go back and look at the heart part. There is an obvious crack on the right side of the heart.

In chapter 362 you can clearly see Shiggys arm through his chest and the other heroes trying to stop it. His heart ruptured from the impact, Not his quirk.

I don't think you should be joining the people who have been doing death threats to the author, there is no "MHA producers" to throw hands with because the author is the artist himself, Kohei Horikoshi, and around here we try not to push Horikoshi around becuz thats the reason why this series is coming at a confusing end in the first place. The so called "MHA Fans" pressured Horikoshi throughout the span of the manga series, some of them even sending death threats and stuff, while the others simply want him to just end the series already becuz they were concerned for his health. Safe to say, Horikoshi does not deserve the hate just becuz he attempted to kill Bakugo.
