Did Keshavananda Bharati Won or Lost the Case? Did he get his land back? Both Court and Parliament Against him only took land from him and gave to Poor with Land reforms where is the point in Keshavananda case. I think this case should be renamed as Parliament vs Constitution vs Judiciary. In What way is Basic structure and Fundamental Right's are different, if violation of fundamental rights proportional to Basic structure of Constitution only. I don't think any valid point in the judgement. ఏదో అనుకుంటే ఇంకేదో అయింది అన్నట్లు ఉంది కేశవనందా భారతి కేసు.
