No where mentioned what the Basic Structure Doctrine(BSD) is. But, whenever the question arises about any particular item, whether it comes under BSD or not, supre court desides upon such matter. For instance Secularity, judicial review, rule of law ..etc comes under BSD.

Thank you,you have Explained all Legal aspects with clarity, how ever Cheif Justice of Supreme court Chandrachuds Collegium bluntly ignored Govt of india recommendations in the Selection of Judges, CJ enchroachd and interfering with Judges selection by Government quoting Keshavananda Bharati case, refused and undermined Parliament, Chandrachud also enchroachd and interfered in the selection of CBI Director recently CJ enchroachd in Govt Selection of CBI Director, please make a video on why CJ ignored Govt recommendations on appointment of Judges how Collegium is became Superior Authority in appointment of Judes as per Dynasty Collegium wishes.
