FYI my fellow Cebuanos, the reason why the provincial capitol will be transferred to West Coast Cebu most especially to Balamban is to spur, to ignite, to start, to kick-off (dghan na kaau na hup) progress and development into the West-side Cebu most especially sa Toledo City - Tuburan corridor. Not to mention but to spread progressive approaches of developements. If we see all those call centers and industrial manufacturing facilities in Metro Cebu (East-side of Cebu) then it will he replicated as well in West Cebu. Third, is to decentralized metro Cebu para dli na muanhi pa sa Cebu City aron manimpad og ngita og trabaho og hayan mka cost efficient pa ang taga West Cebu na dili na sila mka dungag sa ka huot sa east-side Metro Cebu. If this is true, that's a foolish idea! it doesn't serve the best interest of the province! inyo rang gilisod.lisod ang mga tao hilabi na ang mga pobre! This project is just a product of arrogance, garbo, and most probably... corruption!!! pila man say "cut" o "commission" Ninyo ana? Dili ma.ilisdan ang da.an nga capitol building because of its historical significance and strategic location... Why fix or change when it isn't broke? Ang mga negosyante ug kadaghanan sa mga tao mo adto jud sa cebu city kay tua tanan didto. Ug kanang bag.ong capitol building, mao ra nay hinungdan sa kagubot ug kalagot sa mga cebuano.
