Thanks for showing more of the build. Needless to say, it's fascinating. Please keep posting videos of the builds. The beauty of the Balance designs and the quality of build is highly apparent, even while construction is happening. The other thing apparent is that the craftsmen building the boat are highly skilled. Good job to all, including the training, guidance and apprenticeships to get them to that level of ability. Really the high quality of these boats is a direct result of that excellent building skill, along with great design and manufacturing engineering. It's also great to see that the new boatyard is building to the same high standards as the original one. Not sure I could live with it, but the zebrawood interior is spectacular and pretty. My main concern is that I'd like to see a lot more protective equipment worn. Though it's uncomfortable, it probably makes for better health later in life. I do understand that different countries have different standards, but a manufacturer can use higher health and safety standards if they choose. P.S. Music level is still to high relative to voice. Use a slow averaging meters to set the audio levels better. Do less panning of the camera. Put it on a tripod and lock it down, particularly when doing the interview portions. Too much panning can almost lead to motion sickness.

Beautiful. What technique is used to join the deck to the hulls? Thanks

@Gustavo we are about to release a video that explains this. We will ping you when it is online! They are glassed together on the inside and outside, effectively as if the vessel is all one solid unit.
