Hello Lydia, I just got accepted into med school last week and I’m so excited to be studying medicine!! Do you have any tips or advices to new med students? Cuz I’m pretty lost and scared I might not have what it takes :(

Congratulations on getting it that’s amazing and I’m so excited for you! I did make a video all about first year a while back - but my main tips are 1. Enjoy this summer before you start,don’t spend time stressing/trying to learn stuff before you start 2. If you miss a lecture, don’t skip another lecture to catch up, just keep moving and go back to it later because if you get behind you’ll never catch up 3. Get a good diary and stay organised with dates and deadlines 4. Teach me anatomy & teach me physiology saved my life in first year 5. Remind yourself you do have what it takes because you got in! You’re gonna smash it ❤️
