Thank you so much for sharing this! I have EDS and am recovering from CRPS on my left foot. My arch collapses but I definitely need to strengthen my ankles, especially the left one. I have always had unstable ankles and after doing physical therapy I've been thinking about working on strengthening my ankles as a way of life due to my conditions. I think these exercises are challenging but suitable. I hope to reach the same balance as your model in the future. Do you have any thoughts? Thank you!

What's it mean when none of your movements are smooth. I feel like I'm losing control of what I tell my feet to do

Is this recommended for people with flat feet?
@dr.paulsommer41333 жыл бұрын
That depends. Generally if the arch is flexible and can extend up into a normal position , then yes. Thanks for watching and see a Podiatrist for full evaluation.

Hi Dr., First off thank you so muchgor the video. Secondly how long and often would you recommend doing this for recovery from Plantar Fascitis?
@dr.paulsommer41332 жыл бұрын
You are welcome and thanks for watching. Do this under the direction of your Health care provider, but in general I recommend spending about 10 minutes every day if you have a susceptibility to plantar fasciitis. Along with gentle calf stretching and instructions by your Health care provider
