Thanks for this Ash some very different exercises to challenge, certainly feel the burn in my hips more on my left than right. Loved the witches cauldron analogy😂 looking forward to the next one!

I wish I had known this was a good pre-run exercise! After my 5km run and post-run stretch, this one felt like quite the workout! (I have to say I have noticed some changes in my tummy muscles from doing a lot of stretching with your videos! and I usually think it's more focused on the hips and legs but for sure I can feel the burn in multiple areas!) Getting more used to these exercises by the day, can't believe we're already on day 5 and almost done!

I set my target of not falling with my right foot standing within the 30 seconds. I did it today with the last session. Big clap for myself 🎉😂😊

Like others, I got a nice laugh stirring my cauldron 😂 But that’s why we like your channel! I closed my eyes on the last move and it’s strange how much harder that makes it! I also noticed lots of popping at the beginning that subsided as I kept working each side so thanks for helping me stay balanced and working out the creaks-especially while I can’t run due to bad air quality and fires.

These challenges are really challenging me!! I feel how my brain says no no, meanwhile I tryso hard to continue... this is something I'll need to continue practicing after the challenge finishes
