Love other videos, but not sure about this one. Seems like it's too easy and not really such a deep stretch :( Would love to see something more challenging!

First: really appreciate the work your doing here. Content is just great! I’m coming back from a really long-lasting Achilles tendon inflammation and haven’t been running for almost 4 months. Now I’m slowly restarting and stretching every day with you. I really enjoy reflecting or preparing my run with you!

Well, I’m certainly nowhere near even running a half marathon but I love the deep stretch sessions you share with us. I feel a lot more in tune with my body, I’ve learnt how to breathe through my nose when running even when running up steep hills. So thankyou again Ash. Slowly working my way through all of your videos
@RunBetterwithAsh10 сағат бұрын
Amazing Michelle!! That’s such a breakthrough to be able to nasal breathe especially during hill running 🙌🏻 I appreciate your support, thank you 😊

I started running a few weeks ago (with zero instruction...) and -- yup, have developed runner's knees! I love this video, but when I try doing these exercises, my knees hurt because they're inflamed from weeks of poor-quality running... :( Any suggestions for ways to strengthen my legs without exacerbating the knee pain? Shd I try to do your exercises *very gently* while my knees heal, and slowly increase? Or focus on the exercises that don't solicit the knees as much, e.g., the hip exercises?
@RunBetterwithAsh10 сағат бұрын
Yes absolutely. Good idea to alter the exercises. I would probably try more of a glute bridge type session where you are laid down to help support the knee until you are pain free standing exercises 🙌🏻
@user-jt1ui3nm7z10 сағат бұрын
@@RunBetterwithAsh Thank you so much for your prompt response, Ash! Do you have any glute/bridge-type workouts on your channel? (I'm new to your work. And to formal exercise... 😆)
