I semi rolled my ankle a few times on a gnarly trail run about 2weeks ago, and thought i had dodged a bullet. However, i am starting to feel a pain below that ankle, feels like a stress fracture I had in my foot. Do u push through or rest it before my next ling run (12km).

At 64-Years Old, I have set a personal goal of running a marathon. I have only ever run in 2 organized 5K's and 1 10K run, however I have stayed active my entire adult life so I believe I can do this. Your stretch routines have helped me tremendously! Thanks sooooooo Much!
