Why have you put jack frost in the title ? It's not a Frost piece from Wingfield ?

The channel owner maybe uses a previous upload as a kind of template to upload additional content, changing the relevant details before completing the new upload and then keeps repeating the process. I am guessing that they deleted a Jack Frost episode title and replaced it with this one but inadvertently forgot to remove the Jack Frost part too.
