I heard they updated the Balance Elemental such that all three combat styles are now required. True?

@@edwardsharp5090 I saw that too, crazy how fast they made that change! It will only swap it's overhead if it takes DMG from an unprotected style now. So you probably don't need a full gear switch, just a weapon in the third style to do a little damage. Thanks for the comment and for watching!!!

@@criticalcentrist from what I've seen it's the first attack after the guardian changes attack styles, even if they hit a 0 - so prioritize changing prayers over gear switches. Of course I only ever did the boss once so I can't be sure! Best of luck and thanks for watching!!

Omg.... I thought this shit was nearly impossible. Turns out, the blast that the wiki described as a magic-based stat-draining attack was just the first attack of that cycle. So I've been switching to protect from magic, then the appropriate protection prayer for that color, just assuming the stat-drain attack ALWAYS hits you, and wound up giving up on the first day because I was CHUGGING super restores. I guess I'm just r*****ed, because I never would have figured that out on my own without seeing it. Thank you.

@@bownowcow9386 Yeah, they copy-pasted the RS3 guide then fixed the discrepancies over the following hours. It was mostly the same, though. Keep your broav for Ritual of the Mahjarrat.
