It looks pretty annoying to use, for slayer in particular. I don't wanna be spamming my spec bar that often and keeping an eye on mobs when they're low hp. Should just be a passive effect for demons so u always attack faster on the next monster providing its a demon.

Just some info regarding the demons, they change prayer after taking 25%/150hp of damage, and they do their bind special/change attack after 10 attacks off spawn, and then every 8-10 attacks following the first special.

You can literally talk to Aya and Kuradel about their brother and father respectively. Talking with Kuradel about Duradel even gives you a (tiny) bonus reward of slayer xp equal to level x 15

I see a lot of people complaining about the strange multi combat on the demons. But if you go to the areas where you made the potions on the altars. You can fight them in singles and there's only 1 and they have a quick response time.

Something that I think is being overlooked and I don't have the resources to test myself: Scorching bow accuracy = 124 Bowfa = 128 Acb = 100 according to the WGS post scorching bow has 40 ranged str + 60 of dragon arrows is 100 Bowfa ranged str is 106 Diamond Dragon bolts is 122 This bow on paper is basically equivalent to bowfa minus the armor bonus If a person couldn't afford bowfa, or an ironman hasn't gotten an enhanced yet, would this bow be better dps against NON demons than the next best ranged weapon? At 4 tick speed, 124 accuracy and 100 ranged str with no additional bonuses, that seems better than 100 accuracy and the slower attack speed of the acb...

@@isaacm12 which is why i said it's equivalent to a bowfa *minus the armor buff* and i compared bowfa *minus the armor* to crossbows. dps calculations put crossbows < scorched bow (non demon enemy) < bowfa. I'm just saying this bow is better for people who can't afford bowfa, or ironmen that dont have bowfa yet, vs any crossbow. scorched bow > crossbow in almost all situations unless your ruby procs go off.

@@TylerClussman if they had 60m to spend on a budget range setup. I would reccomend web weaver bow, dcb with ruby and diamond bolts and a blowpipe along with blessed Armour. Could prob even afford a buckler too. Not saying this bow is bad by any means but trying to compare it to a bowfa without Armour isnt the way to go. Bowfa was made to go with the Armour there's not much point to get it otherwise.

@@isaacm12 im only comparing it to bowfa without armor because scorched bow isn't in dps calculators yet so i put bowfa in as a substitute because without the armor it's almost exactly the same stats. web weaver bow is lower stats than the scorched bow but is 3 tick so that could be comparable. dcb and blowpipe get blown out of the water by scorched bow on anything with higher def.

Can confirm, it's amazing for 'mid to late' game ironman progression. It's amazing at of course Zammy godwars, demonics and Cerberus, but also better than a fang for slayer leveling on Nechryaels and Abyssal demons (which are also amazing prayer xp if you have wrath runes)

Looks good. But i think the (two prong) claws could use a graphical change. They look pretty dull and unrealistic as a weapon. Other than that, they should change the staff's spec. And maybe give burn damage a different hitsplat color. Like maybe an ember colored hitsplat with black, grey or bold font number.

The staff also doubles the bonus of demon bane spells. So mark of darkness demon bane goes from 40% accuracy to 80% and 25% damage becomes 50%

Buying an overkill custom PC just to play OSRS is insane, but at least you can show off where you came from whenever you eventually "quit" OSRS to play more demanding games where you can utilize all of the CPU, GPU and RAM in that beast. I disagree that its niche for irons as you can get a ton of use from atleast an emberlight for slay tasks (abby demons/black/demonic/greaters) and also huge for Duke & Cerb, the mage/range one are prob more niche than the melee atleast.

Emberlight is really cool, no doubt, but Arclight should be the ultimate demon bane weapon. Emberlight should have come before Arclight, the final upgrade.
