There were two Wtii Snake impressions this episode. 24:27 33:32 Current wetstreak: 3 Man he's so bad, he's played 100+ BHS, how can he still be _so_ bad??? I feel like the reduced cooldown on sneks would've been best. They do insane damage.

In defense of the Penguin King, it has 30 base Intelligence, so 300 starting Mana (Overclock reduced Mana to 10 per Intelligence). Even if it has better Agility per level, its Agility will not best its Intelligence before level 57, so never in standard Balanced Hero Survival (the game stops by level 30-35 usually). The Kodo Beast starts at 14 Intelligence (-16) and 1.6 per level (-0.2), so the Kodo Beast will be 22 Intelligence and 26 Agility behind the Penguin King by level 31, but will have 56 more Strength.
